Alternatively, treat yourself to a day at the Glade Spring Spa (additional fees apply). Explore the Cle Elum river below by descending the 1,000 steps, or opt for a bike ride on the extensive 40-mile paved pathways This exclusive updated unit boasts a spacious seasonal patio complete with a zero-gravity sunset swing to relax in after a day of adventures, an outdoor dining table, solar lights, and a cozy outdoor seating area located off the master bedroom. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors that access the fully fenced private patio. PET POLICY

*Suncadia is dog friendly with a max of 2 dogs per any single rental unit

*$75 non-refundable pet fee per stay (+ applicable taxes)

SMOKING POLICY

Suncadia is a non-smoking facility, smoking within any accommodations are prohibited, this includes vape. There is a $500 fee for individuals that violate this policy. In accordance with Washington State Law, this resort is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of entrances to any public buildings at Suncadia Resort. Smoking is prohibited within any private homes or rental units, this includes our outdoor private patio given the close proximity to other guests

*Kindly be advised that access to the Swim and Fitness Center is restricted to those renting directly from Suncadia Resort and include additional resort fees and variable rates. The Nelson Farm Pool is exclusively reserved for Suncadia Club members only. This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, Intra-Resort Shuttle Service, and other exclusive amenities and activities. There is no on-site management of this property, and Suncadia Resort and its colleagues are not required to provide any services to guests staying in this property with the exclusion of check-in and check-out. Our wonderful cleaning team is onsite daily for anything you may need during your stay.

This property requires an electronic rental agreement which must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If your arrival date is less than 14 days before check-in the rental agreement must be signed within 4 hours.
