The two-story interior is a model of modern design and convenience. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and a suite of handy countertop gadgets make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Plush seating and a smart TV welcome family gatherings in the living room. A dedicated home office provides a quiet spot for remote working. Essential amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Jacuzzi tub within the unit is inoperable. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking or Vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises. Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of 50 dollars.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed. The fireplace is off-limits. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
