This newly renovated and furnished 3-level, 1,600-square-foot condo has all the charm you could want while vacationing in the seaside community of San Clemente. It is also just .3 miles from Calafia State Beach and San Clemente State Park. This home is also only 2 miles from Avenida Del Mar in San Clemente with its wide array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shopping for you to enjoy as you breathe in the seaside air and ambiance. For a cultural and botanical experience, a short two-and-a-half-mile drive takes you to Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens. And if the kids have come along for the ride, be sure to make the 38-mile journey to Disneyland. This home has a spacious enclosed patio area where you can sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or eat your dinner as the sun sets. It has seating for guests to dine alfresco and a barbecue. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
