“De locatie was top! Zo dicht bij het strand!! In de garage stonden een wasmachine en een droger en die hebben we goed gebruikt! Ook vonden we strandstoeltjes en een bodyboard, dus hup mee naar het strand. Het huisje zelf was schattig ingericht...”

JUST A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH! Relax in this gorgeous, updated 1935 Classic California bungalow. New paint, flooring and beachy decor throughout. A large backyard with plenty of seating, as well as a huge outdoor deck and sun room! Full kitchen including stove, large refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Sunny dining room. There's also a new washer / dryer and barbecue grill. Plus a bonus rec room with Foosball! All the charm of classic 1930s California beach life, updated and sunny. Plenty of room for you and your family and friends. Lots of social common spaces, plus three bedrooms when you want quiet time. Large deck and yard with tons of seating. You have the entire house and yard -- we live five minutes away. Pets welcome -- large fenced yard. Short Term Rental Permit Number STR0019
We're experienced hosts and LOVE sharing California's Central Coast with our guests. This is the greatest place on earth!
Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Five minute walk to gorgeous beach, and very short walk to many restaurants. We ask all guests to follow the Grover Beach Good Neighbor Policy, which is available on site.
