As in every neighborhood, the neighbors make all the difference. Here we have wonderful neighbors and a quiet enjoyment of Amelia Island. It is centrally located in the heart of the action where you can enjoy our golf cart to reach everything within just a few minutes, including awesome Atlantic Beaches, beautiful sunsets at the Docks, great restaurants,Fort Clinch state park, grocery stores and amazing green spaces to hike or bike like Egan’s Creek The abundance of awesome live music on this island will help you bring back the island time even after your back home. Your Dogs (up to two) and you will love the large fenced private back yard
