RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY.

All registered guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification at check-in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. A valid credit card is required at check-in. For any inquiries, please contact the hotel directly in advance at reservations@galehotels.com.

VALET PARKING: Valet Parking is Available for $75 per day with a $15 oversize vehicle charge per day.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS: The maximum occupancy for each unit type is as follows, as per condominium regulations: Studio: Maximum of 2 occupants. One-bedroom unit: Maximum of 4 occupants (2 per bedroom + 2 additional guests). Two-bedroom unit: Maximum of 6 occupants (2 per bedroom + 2 additional guests). Three-bedroom unit: Maximum of 8 occupants (2 per bedroom + 2 additional guests).

DESTINATION FEE: A daily resort fee of $35.00 plus applicable taxes includes: High-speed Wi-Fi access Complimentary coffee in the lobby Two bottles of water upon arrival (per stay) Access to hotel bicycles (2 bicycles per unit, 1 hour per day) Sunscreen and towels provided at the Swim Club Access to the Fitness Center Access to the Kids' Room Access to the Social Lounge Two drink vouchers redeemable at hotel outlets

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pool Hours: The pool is open from sunrise to sunset. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at the guest's own risk. Diving is prohibited. Outside coolers, food, beverages, and portable speakers are not allowed in the pool area. Valet Parking: Valet parking is available through a third-party valet service. A daily fee is applicable. The Gale Hotel and Residences is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, including mechanical issues, scratches, dents, or the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. Pet Policy: The Gale Miami Hotel & Residences permits one pet per room, up to 35 lbs. Guests will be held responsible for any excessive dirt or damage caused by their pets. Additional charges may apply, as assessed by hotel management. Staff members are not permitted to care for pets, and pets must not be left unattended in rooms. All pets must be leashed in public areas and are not permitted in the pool. Service animals are always welcome and may perform their duties as required. Pet fee is applicable. Smoking Policy: Smoking, including for medical purposes, is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas, including meeting rooms, private offices, elevators, restrooms, and lobby spaces. A cleaning fee of $500.00 will be charged if smoking is detected in a guest room or indoor public area. Liability Waiver: The Gale Miami Hotel & Residences assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by guests, visitors, or their property while using hotel facilities. All facilities are used entirely at the guest’s own risk. In-Room Cooking Facilities: The hotel is not liable for any foodborne illnesses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of in-room cooking equipment, which is used entirely at the guest’s own risk. Guest Negligence: The Gale Hotel and Residences is not responsible for any losses due to guest negligence, including leaving room doors unsecured or failing to protect personal valuables. In-room safes are provided for guest convenience. Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by willful misconduct or negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, repair costs and lost business opportunities resulting from damage. Incidentals: Any charges incurred due to damage caused by guests or their visitors, including phone calls, pet damage, or missing hotel items (such as towels), will be billed directly to the guest. Lost and Found: Items turned into lost and found will be cataloged and stored for up to 30 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after this period.
