This one level home offers plenty of space for family time or a couples weekend getaway! The fully fenced yard and large park across the street is great for families. Guests have full access to the house and yard. This is a non-smoking, vaping, e-cig and chewing tobacco free home , deck/patio, driveway and yard. If these are found to be have been done on the property, there will be a fine charged.

Peaceful and centrally-located home in the Lind-Bohanon neighborhood of Minneapolis. Easy access to Hwy 94,100 and 694. Minutes from Northeast Minneapolis with unique bars and restaurants. Short drive from Target Field, Target Center, U of M Huntington Stadium, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, the Guthrie, Top Golf and more. The home is also only a 15 minute drive to the National Sports Center soccer fields and super rink/hockey rinks along with the TPC/3M Championship golf course.
