“Best place we've stayed in Talkeetna. Walking distance to everything. Well appointed cabin with a hot tub overlooking the airstrip. Very nice kitchen, bathroom, and plenty of room for our group of 5 adults.”

Property information

Gorgeous log home constructed in 1983 by local builders using local spruce trees. Completely remodeled in summer 2022 including new appliances, cedar tongue and groove, bathroom, sauna, and furniture. The front yard is connected to the Talkeetna Village Airstrip and you can fly-in and park in the front yard. 3 sets of tie downs provided. Enjoy watching Alaskan bush planes taking-off and landing from the living room windows or the front deck. Less than 200 yards away from the front door are sweeping views of Denali and the Alaska Range from the Susitna River's waterfront trail at the confluence of the Susitna, Chulitna, and Talkeetna Rivers.

Authentic Alaskan log home on the Talkeetna Village Airstrip. Located just two blocks away from Main Street, enjoy short walking distance to all amenities while having the peace and quiet of a secluded lot.
