The home offers a bright atmosphere with large picture windows and polished wood floors. In the living area, you'll find various furniture available for kicking back and enjoying the ocean view, as well as books, board games, and a flatscreen TV with a DVD/VHS player (cable and WiFi included) for entertainment. Also in this room is a dining table for four in front of a wood-burning fireplace, and the open kitchen just beyond, offering three more seats at the breakfast bar. You'll have no problem cooking whatever you want in the fully equipped kitchen, plus extras like a waffle iron, slow cooker, mixer, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher to make things easier. A large deck with a stunning view is great for sipping coffee on sunny days on the patio furniture and cooking up lunch on the gas grill. Downstairs, another living area is equipped with plush furniture and a second TV, making it ideal for the kids to hang out while the adults converse upstairs. With four bedrooms and two full baths, this home will accommodate as many as 10 guests. Two bedrooms upstairs feature a queen bed and king bed respectively, while one of the rooms downstairs is equipped with a queen bed and the last has two sets of twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom on each floor, and a private washer/dryer allows you to do any laundry you may have. This home is ideal for a large family, a couple families, or a group of friends - drive the short distance to Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area for gorgeous vistas of the coast and refreshing walks, then grab a beer and delicious food at Pelican Pub and Brewery while watching the sun set below glistening waves.
