A microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker are available. Lake Tahoe is a mountain town and its internet signal is different than in big cities. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
