Whale Watch is a beautiful, top-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo located in the contemporary Durant Station Condominiums in Hatteras Village. The home is complete with a private oceanfront deck and fantastic views. View the beach from Hatteras Inlet to the point at Buxton! Enjoy direct beach access via the community boardwalk, a well-equipped kitchen with solid-surface counters, DirecTV with HBO, a DVR, DVD players, and a sound-side deck for viewing spectacular sunsets. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen. THINGS TO KNOW You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
