Our beloved house is located in a quiet alley at Nam Tu Liem district, and about 3kms from My Dinh stadium and Hyatt Regency West Hanoi. It's new house with 3 bedrooms: the first one is for by us - a young friendly couple, the second one is for our kids, which is next to our room. The third one is for our parents to stay if they visit us here. There is 3rd spare rooms now for us to make friends. The space Furniture 1 queen bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 table with bookshelves, 1 new bedding, air conditioner, cable and Internet TV, WIFI with fridge, toiletries, electric water heater, washer, dishwasher, laundry, dryer, etc... Our house has 3 floors and ground floor is for motorbike parking and water puppet warehouse and simple living room • Dining room and kitchen are in the 1st floor with all the necessary furniture like: refrigerator, induction hob, ovens, toasters, dishes, spice, dishwasher, cable and internet TV, computer, feel free use them • The room for rent is 3rd floor. 1 private bedroom and bathroom, each floor. Each bedroom 1 queen bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 table with bookshelves, 1 new bedding, air conditioner (2nd bedroom is not available yet for conditioner because our house is windy and cool, especially for this room. The bathroom has electric water heater available 24/7 All of the rooms are completely separate, private, and have their own locked doors. They are all extremely clean and many nature light, big windows for sunshine and fresh air. • In the 3rd floor we put the washing machine area and we have balcony which you can use. If you want to move to Hoan Kiem or Hoan Kiem sides, motorbike is available for you in our house (for short trip you can borrow). You can also rent our motorbike or we can ride you to the public transportation to take the bus.

Our house is not just a homestay. We really want to share about Vietnamese lifestyle in our grandma/grandpa time and until ours now. Enjoy free simple Vietnamese breakfasts if we have time to make it (for short time). Update 2022: We have a 1,5yrs olds son now, if you are learning Vietnamese he will say "Chào cô, chào chú" everyday when you come home
