Cozy one bedroom and a bright living room apartment with comfortable furniture and décor, located in a peaceful city center of Prishtina, 3 minutes to the main city park. It is an ordinary flat with basic things. Situated in the center and yet on a quiet street. It is very convenient even if you don’t have a car, in only 10-minute walk you can reach the most splendid places in town, restaurants, shops, and local attractions, 5 minutes walking distance to city center or to a bus-stop. In a 5-minute walk you can go to the main square where is Mother Teresa square, Scanderbeg square, concert areas, Government building and many other attractions as well. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors looking for calmness. *We do not provide car parking facilities, but we may help to find one. Tips: - This space features a bright living room, a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a clean and functional toilette. As well it has a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening in front of a giant pine tree! It has central heating 24/7 (for winter season only)! - In the living room there are two comfortable sofas with pillows, a furniture, a table for 2 guests, internet and a TV with a cable with more than 100 digital channels. - The kitchen is functional, it contains a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, kettle, microwave, cupboards, cooking basics and a garbage can in the cabinet. *There is coffee & tea on the house, waiting for you! - The bedroom has a king size bed with two wardrobes, equipped with two pairs of curtains (one for shade)! - The bathroom contains a cabinet with mirror, a sink, a shower, a boiler, a towel rack with towels, soap, shower/hair shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper and trash bin! - There is a small place in the entrance with cabinet for shoes and a holder for outer-wears! *Please keep it quiet & clean!

Hi, this is Kreshnik, a lawyer from Prishtina. I am a very sociable person, I travelled quite a bit and I still want to explore more, although I understand how is to be treated well as a guest. I love music and truly enjoy meeting new people from everywhere. I’ve recently started this hosting journey, and even more exciting, I’m bringing my son Orion along with me into it, as a legal person. The whole private apartment is accessible and available for the guests. The neighbors are kind people, friendly, respectful, and keep things nice and quiet. A stable wireless internet access is available throughout the apartment. TV with digital channels! As you might know, Prishtina is famous for its delicious macchiatos, fast-foods, cultural spots and vibrant nightlife, that's exactly why you (or your friends) should experience it! Everything will be close to main sites when you stay at this centrally-located place.
