Company information

I am married to Alan Verwey and have 3 beautiful girls. I studied in London and worked in the USA for a short time before returning home. I have been having guests in my home for over 20 years now and still love it. I am passionate about travel myself and love to hear all my guests stories and life experiences. I love the theatre, movies and all the arts. We love nature and a weekend is never complete without a walk on Muizenberg beach with my husband and three dogs. I am a animal lover. I have always been very social and love people. My idea of happiness is having my family and friends around for a good meal on a slow Sunday.

Property information

Constantia Lazy River, is very central to all the sights. It is a family run business where couples, families and corporate can feel at home. The units are spacious with full self catering facilities and the garden is made for kids with swings, slide, trampoline, enclosed pool etc. Constantia is the oldest wine area in the Cape, it is a up market area with beautiful walks and surrounded by nature. 15 min away from central Cape Town

Neighbourhood information

Constantia is a up market area. central to all the major tourist attractions and 10 min to either the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Oceans. Constantia Lazy River is a family run guest house, , where families and longer stays are made welcome. Each unit is completely self catering and has it's own private entrance, WIFI, barbeque facilities , parking inside the premises etc. The garden has a salt water pool and there is a play area for kids with jungle gym, slide, trampoline etc. Frogg's Leap studio and Arum cottage can inter lead if you have bigger groups travelling together. Constantia Lazy River is minutes away from Constantia Village shopping Mall, all the wine farms, the Virgin Active gym and the Constaniaberg Hospital. There are some of the finest restaurants in the Cape on our door step. Groot Constantia is the oldest wine farm in the Cape and one can wine taste at a number of farms in the neighborhood. Constantia, is lush and green and there are many horse , running and walking trails to explore. Constantia Lazy River offers a relaxed atmosphere for all.
