Reconnect, recharge and renew - come feed your soul. Olive & Vine, your ultimate country escape located in picturesque Riebeek Kasteel. A light, bright, newly renovated self-contained guest suite comprises a kitchenette, pause area, and a Queen bed (or 2 single beds if requested) with en-suite bathroom. A covered patio provides the ideal spot for an evening braai. The property is set in an olive grove on the edge of the village with sweeping views over the town and up the Kasteelberg Mountains.
I will be contactable via cell phone at all times. A general worker will be on standby for the duration of your stay. There is a Co-Host available as well.
Charm, picture perfect, good restaurants, adventure trails, connected village feel, lots to explore and experience, friendly people, peace and quiet - all of it within 1 hour's drive from Cape Town with easy connections to both the West Coast (Darling, Yzerfontein, Langebaan) and Wellington, Tulbagh, Stellenbosch and Franschoek. Olive and Vine is a 3 minute drive away from the centre of the village which is filled with restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, bric a brac shops, an art gallery and a mini market. For the active guests, the town is a mere 20 minute slow walk from Olive and Vine. There are walking trails, mountain biking trails, wine farms and loads more to fill up a weekend in the Swartland.
