I'd like my guests to feel as though they are staying in a luxurious home away from home! The apartment is well-appointed with everything they may need. I live very close by and am on hand for any assistance/advice my guests might require.
I own and manage another beautiful apartment - 2 doors away in the same block - for dual bookings if guests are travelling with friends / family! Please enquire with me.
Kindly note that there is an apartment development happening next door to us from February 2025 - it is making a fair amount of noise at present unfortunately. Looking forward to welcoming you to Seapoint Pearl!
I love meeting new people from all over the world - I am a traveller myself - and so I know what my guests require from their holiday rental.
Our Seapoint neighbourhood is a viby and cosmopolitan area - with so much within walking distance from the apartment! The Promenade , a swimmable beach , numerous shops , restaurants and coffee shops are all on your doorstep. Greenpoint Park , Grainger Bay Market ,the Greenpoint Stadium and the Waterfront are only about 2km away. It is a 15 minute drive to the Cable Station.
