Zamalek House is a seaside holiday home in a quiet suburb with private entrance and parking for 2 cars behind fencing and electric gates. Zamalek guest house is attached to a separate apartment which has its own entrance. There is free Wi-Fi and no smoking/vaping is permitted on the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and toaster. A private covered patio with built in braai (barbeque) offers a place to relax on warm summer evenings. There is an indoor fireplace in the living room for the cooler months. The main bedroom has the option of a King XL bed or 2 single beds with an en-suite with shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen XL bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom which is situated opposite the bedrooms. Bath Towels and bed linen are provided. Please note that there are 3 stairs leading down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Grocery stores and eateries are located nearby. A short drive away is Poortjies Lagoon with its warm shallow waters perfect for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and fishing. The surroundings also offer beautiful trail running routes and kilometers of MTB/gravel routes. Beaches are within walking distance - Robberg 5 is 1km away and Sanctuary Beach a short 850m walk. There is lots to explore throughout the Garden Route which runs through from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape, east to the town of Stormsrivier in the Eastern Cape and inland to Oudtshoorn and the Swartberg Mountain Range. This area showcases rugged patches of coastline, pristine sandy beaches, forests, mountains, gorges, lakes and rivers, wine farms and ocean adventures!
