The customer service was exceptional during my stay. The staff let me check in early and check out late without any charge which was very generous. Outstanding customer service and a special thank you to Mustafa who had the most loveliest customer service.

It has an Italian restaurant and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with satellite TV. Rooms at the ibis Mall Avenue Dubai are decorated in neutral colours and include modern wooden furnishing.

I give 10 because of the very good price/performance ratio. Comfortable neighbourhood, small supermarket just next to hotel. Also they allow visitors, which is great. Breakfast was good, but not great. Big public parkings in the area.
