Excellent friendly staff and support. Location is perfect for those who would like to use trains from the main St Charles train station. The hotel provided everything we wanted such as extra towels etc and supported with half a day luggage storage as well.

Nice place to stay in a busy part of town. Reception was a nice seating area. I stayed with my mother and the beds were very close together. Staff went beyond what we had expected and a credit to IBIS.

The hotel was modern fresh and clean. It had a small infinity pool which was very refreshing after a long day out exploring. The air con worked very well. The sheets were soft and rooms clean. The highlight was the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and one lady helped to book us for dinner we would like to thank her as we had an amazing meal.
