Ibis Hotels in Cochin

We spent eight nights. Liked the ambiance, it is modern, warm and lively. Check in was very smooth, the staff were very professional and friendly. Remona and Saikart were very smart, they tried their best to get me to join the reward scheme! I could feel that the staff is very well trained and highly motivated. Speaking to a few of them realized that they have more or less completed their studies and this is their first job. The youth brand of the hotel match with their expectations. The test of a long stay in any hotel is the breakfast buffet. Though simple it was a good spread and the food was of good quality. Antar and Taniya stood out in service. We liked the restaurant so much even hosted our friends for dinner as well. The rooms was very quiet( 408). The staff was very responsive. Any time we called they responded to our responses positively and enthusiastically.
