Located 5 minutes’ walk from the tallest building in Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom Tower, Ibis Riyadh Olaya Street offers free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk. Al Faisaliyah Centre is 5 minutes away by car. All the staff from the receptionists to the housekeeping were very professional and very friendly bunch of people. Excellent staff. The room was spacious and very clean with a nice front facing view. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Riyadh with malls nearby in walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and will be using this hotel again when coming to Riyadh next time. Highly recommended.

The 3-star Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is ideally located at the end of the creek between Abu Dhabi Gate City and Bain Al Jessrain in Rabdan area. Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is perfect for both business and leisure. ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) and Abu Dhabi Airport are just 15 minutes away while Yas water world and Ferrari world are just 20 minutes away. Free high speed WiFi is provided in all public areas and rooms. Facilities cleanliness staff Novotel and IBIS are lovely hotels for a stay over. Staff are exceptional in their service. Front office was so efficient and was so kind, Mohammed made the check in experience so smooth. Breakfast buffet was lovely. F&B staff is very attentive and always treats with a smile. Khaing from the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and has a very positive attitude towards guests. Ajith and Chamara was so professional and supportive from F&B. Sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi was a added icing sugar on the cake. Checkout was Soo smooth Sudu and Roshani were expextionally helpful and had a has a really an amazing positive attitude. So pleasant to walk into. Overall it's a good experience, will continue to use IBIS and Novotel

The welcome from Rana was exceptional and made me feel so happy to be there and so well looked after and welcomed. The rooms were perfect clean and for me it wasn't small it was my ideal size of hotel room and nice and cozy. Gym and pool are lovely too. The breakfast was perfect and was very well looked after by Mohammad and cooked the best ever omelette by Hanoud. I will come back next time I'm in Yanbu!

The owner Gasser was amazing. Check in and check out was smooth. Loved the terrace area and our room balcony with a Nile view. Easy access to and from island by regular and cheap boat service. Gasser makes the best cold (non-alcoholic) refreshing hibiscus drink I've ever had. No one else makes it like him. Even if you don't stay at the accommodation go for this drink.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just few minutes from Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre and the beach. The staff was not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful. The overall cleanliness and neatness were commendable. Free WiFi is great. It's important to note that this is a budget-oriented hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly.

Among the many Ibis hotels there are this is certainly fancier than most other properties of the brand. Partially because it is in Abu Dhabi, but partially also because it shares some facilities with the more upmarket Novotel that is part of the same building complex. Therefore very recommendable if you are happy with the "not really close to the Airport, but not in the city centre either" location..

The breakfast was very good, delicious and more than enough. The ibis hotel is simply amazing. We spent here 9 days for our honeymoon and all of the staffs were very friendly, helpful and we are very much satisfied with all of the services that they delivered for us. Novotel Hotel's staffs, managers were very kind, helpful and professionals. Thank you so much for everything, we highly recommend your hotel for everyone.
