A very nice Ibis hotel. Public transport around the corner which is very helpful. Eiffel tower is walking distance. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Very nice nearby restaurants and deli's. Staff were all very friendly and helpful when ever needed. Good storage space for luggage when checking out.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed very comfortable.
Our two little dogs were very welcome which was wonderful. This is very important to us and a major reason for us choosing to stay at Ibis hotels. The staff were lovely and it was a very good location. Overall an excellent stay.

This hotel is always the best choice considering price, location and comfort! If I need to book a hotel, ibis Paris Bastille Opera is the one I prefer. This time I forgot my AirPods in my room and the employees were very helpful and I came back one month after my trip to pick up it and was there. This kind of trust you have in great Hotel chain like Accor hotels.

Clean and comfortable. No complaints.
I wish that there was a coffee vending machine in the hotel. Some of the ibis hotels have those. Very convenient for a quick coffee at any time of the day or night...

Very good room size for an Ibis hotel, clean, modern and comfortable as well. Located near Gare Montparnasse. The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very closed to the Gare d'Est station and suitable if you have suitcases. Unfortunatelly it does not follow the standards that I used to expect for Ibis hotel chain. On top of that almost 190 euros per night is not corresponding with the services you get.

Great location, close to metro and nice bars and restaurants. It is very calm and silent at night while our windows were facing the street. No issue with leaving the luggage after check-out, friendly staff. We liked the style of the room - standard Ibis hotel, but it looked nicer than other Ibis hotels we have been to in Paris.

The Lobby was smelly, need more ventilation as well as air freshener. The room was very small but really clean, the breakfast was very basic with minimum choice but I guess its is as a result of Ibis being a budget hotel

Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff; location close to Gare du Lyon; ability to make tea/coffee/hot chocolate at all hours for no extra cost. Advertising LGBTQ+ friendliness of the ibis hotels in the lobby and promoting le Marais
