Αυτό το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Λίβερπουλ, απέναντι από το Albert Dock και σε απόσταση 300μ. από το εμπορικό κέντρο Liverpool One. The front office staff is so professional. We arrived the hotel early (around noon.) We booked 2 room, 1 family and 1 double and at that time the double room was not ready (which the family room zone was ready for new guests.) The staff immediately changed our room type to be 2 family rooms which were next to each other. That was so great because if we stayed in different room type, we had to stay in different floor. And the rooms were ready, big and clean.
