Staff was excellent especially Pak-Wahyu who went out of the way to arrange “breakfast bento box” pick at 11:00pm just before my 12:00mid-night Mt Bromo tour departure. Pak-Wahyu actually came up to my room and get me to choose one of 3 options for breakfast bento box.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable, I rarely got bad dream when sleep because it was too comfortable and the location was very strategic beside Transstudio mall and easy to find food and also the staff is super friendly
