New, peaceful, super clean place next to the old city. The owner and staff super nice . Breakfast is not available, but the owner recommended us nearby restaurant and it we were fully satisfied

Shadab Khan, the front office manager is a very customer centric person and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and super special. The property is heritage like and located in the heart of Nizwa, walking distance from all the best attractions and restaurants. The rooms are traditional and simple. The breakfast was good and the views from the restaurant are also good

Very central to the city center. The host was very friendly and helpful during the check-in. We didn’t use the pool, but looked very clean. We were lucky that there was a parking place nearby, because otherwise I think it would be a bit difficult to find one close.

Breakfast was great. Location was really good. The staff were welcoming and excellent. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room was lovely and I loved all the rustic features. The tiles in the bathroom were great as they weren’t slippery. The bed was comfortable.

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk to the Souq and fort so there is no need to find parking. It's very private with a beautiful green outdoor garden. There are many places close by to walk to and it is in a central location. The host is very accommodating and communication was excellent.
