Location Abis hotel is perfectly located a bit north on Lungomare. It is where the beach gets nicer (beach and water) and the atmosphere more calm. It is only a 20 minutes walk from city center and along the way there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. There is also a bus stop just outside. Hotel It is newly built (2024 July) and the rooms are really great. We stayed in a family room on the 7th floor with a large terrace with a view of the mountains. They also have rooms with sea view depending on when you want to have the hot sun at your terrace. Everything is modern and of high quality. Our room had two large bathrooms with showers. The beds were very comfortable. Across the street the hotel has a private section of the beach where they have sunbeds that is included in the price which is really good. Just to walk down to the beach when you have had your breakfast. Food & Beverage The breakfast had many choices. Scrambled egg, sausages, grilled vegetables. Different types of fruits, yoghurt, smoothies, juices and several desserts. We had lunch there a couple of times and I can recommend the fish dishes, the risottos and the exotic sallad. The coffee was also good. They know how to make a double macchiato :) The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The spa We didn’t try the spa since it was very hot weather during our stay. We did try the massage and it was a nice experience. All in all we had a great time in Vlora and Abis. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place if you’re planning to go to Vlora.

Family run old school charm. These kinds of places are going extinct, places with unique style and quirky, artsy visual surprises lurking in every corner. First, the beds were kinger than king! I have never slept in such a huge bed, quite comfy too. Of course, the enormous picture windows which give stunning views of the wide ocean, mountains and islands. Don't miss the sunset from your balcony swing The air-conditioning worked great. The owners welcomed us with cold water and great hospitality. They live above the hotel, so when we asked for an extra pillow at 10pm, it was quickly delivered. There is the sweetest dog, Bella, my daughter spent a lot of time with. She is a darling girl who loves being pet and is very, very nice. Don't hesitate to go and say hello. The breakfast was plentiful and brought to the room to enjoy on the balcony. (See pic)
