The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. The hotel grounds, service, the food.. Our room had such a beautiful view. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. Our kid went from one pool to another, enjoying saunas and whirlpool.

It’s a bit of a vintage style hotel, very cozy yet everything was clean and well kept. Beautiful sights from the room, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. Enough play activities for kids, inside and outside. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Great pool area and outside jacuzzi with mountain backdrop is like a dream.
