Everything The chalet was perfect for a family, it has everything you need. It was warm, comfortable and cosy. I liked the coffee machine and the Marshall Action III Bluetooth home speaker. The restaurant was authentic and the food was delicious and perfect. We liked that there were a set menu for dinner and not a buffet. Very convenient shuttle service to the cable car gondola.

the food was lovely as well as the placement and the facilities . what we liked most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff especially Tsonka and Dimitar taking care of us in the restaurant and lobby bar as well as Silvia helping us relax in the spa after a long day of skiing. the attention to detail was like no other. we look forward to visiting next year.

The room is spacious, but storage for clothes is limited, as the closets are mostly occupied by hotel amenities such as blankets, an ironing board, and a minibar. We had one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. - large and comfortable rooms with a terrace - nice interior decoration - splendid location near one of the cable cars, a few minutes walk from the center of Kitzbuhel - perfect service with helpful and friendly staff - very clean, the room was made during our breakfast meal - excellent restaurant, rich and diverse breakfast, 4 course dinner with many options to chose from - parking inside the building, no problem at this time of the year - good internet connectivity - excellent swimming pool
