This is by far the most beautiful and well appointed bed and breakfast we have stayed in. Ann, Lynn and Steven are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Freddie the dog is also great fun, and we are not dog people!! The breakfasts are fresh and very well presented. We agreed the time of the breakfast the night before. The food was excellent - and catered for our requirements. The location is very quiet and private. Beautiful garden, good location to pop into Gent. All round a gem.

We were accommodated in a very tidy, clean and well-equipped apartment. Double King Size Bed, LCD smart tv, quality shower tub, jacuzzi bathtub, free parking, 5 mins drive to get to lidl, and a peaceful neighbourhood. Well worth the money spent. Also, the owners acts of kindness was beyond belief as our car couldn't start due to low battery level, surprisingly the owner spent hours helping us giving our car a kick start so a big thank you to such a special gem of a family, they're a bunch of a lovely family, friendly and super cool human beings 😎 😊. We were in Hansbeke, overnight, for a concert and wanted somewhere close to the venue, so we could walk to it. Hamiora looked perfect. Arrived about 4.30pm and we were met by Sam, who is lovely, extremely helpful and hospitable. Sam even booked a local restaurant for us, which was excellent. We stayed on the first floor in a lovely room. Beautiful old beam and great decor. Extremely comfortable bed and great bathroom. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was delivered to our door and consisted of a cold buffet but what a fantastic selection. Fruit juice, cold meats, cheese, granola, yoghurts, croissants and bread rolls. A really lovely place to stay, a great host and extremely good value for the price. Will definitely stay again, if we are in the region.

Q Studio is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Herzele, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, water sports facilities and garden.

Claudine and Tommy were super nice and thoughtful and the apartment was just perfect: clean, comfortably sized, cozy. The location was also great, we could easily reach several major cities in Belgium by car or train in a short time. Will definitely tell all my friends about this stay and recommend the place.

The spa facilities were great. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi / hot tub & Sauna. Very clean and spacious apartment. A large selection of tv channels to watch. Wim made us feel welcome and was very helpful. She made us feel at home. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious, all freshly prepared and plentiful. A nice coffee machine to give you a great coffee with breakfast. You can eat indoors or in the garden. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend if you would like a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
