The apartment is extraordinary. It has absolutely everything, including a home pharmacy. It is clean and tidy. The hostess is kind and pleasant. The SPA is in the neighboring hotel, it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath. All recommendations! We will definitely come again!

Comfortable and spacious house with a great backyard, sufficient kitchen equipment and very kind and helpful hosts. Close to Bansko and with a great view of the mountains. You could use the restaurant and the SPA center of the hotel nearby, the hotel told us the fee for the SPA was 70 leva per person, not sure about the restaurant.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Bulgaria - the house is absolutely amazing, super clean, cosy, very spacious. The house has absolutely everything you may need, it has a wonderful jacuzzi and sauna, has a huuuuuuge yard and is in a place where it is very calm and quiet! I was with a group of 8 people and we had an absolutely amazing weekend! The hosts are super nice people and we will be back for sure!

Very nice location! Large bedroom with comfortable beds and clean linen. Also the living room is large with a great view over the mountains. The bathroom is clean, soft towels. The Kitchen is very well equipped, you can cook if you need. You have access to the pool and SPA, clean also and big indoor pool. The owner is very helpful if you face any issues.

The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.
