Large space. Very clean and the facilities were excellent. Location suited us perfectly very near restaurants, a gym and a large supermarket. Very good communication and easy to access as you receive the code a couple of hours before your check in time.

The suite was marvelous - lots of room, elegantly decorated. The two TVs came in handy. The bed was most comfortable. Access to the pool was easy. Several places for dinner closeby or at the hotel.

The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was nice (even if not exceptional) and there is a lot of parking nearby. The hotel has a swimming pool and in the same building, there is an arcade videogames center for the rainy days.

This hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Quebec city centre and 3 minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix Train stop. It includes an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

Excellent hotel at an excellent location. This hotel is great for families. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette that was clean and provided what your would need for snacks, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable and bathroom recently renovated. The swimming pool was a nice oasis for the kids. Small pool that can get busy at night after dinner with the kids, but a vibrant atmosphere and lots of fun. There’s also a hot tub, cold plunge and two saunas. Nice to relax and give yourself a mini Nordic experience. There is a Boston Pizza that is directly connected to the hotel through the pool area. They offer breakfast as well as room service to the hotel. Very convenient. The basement also has a small arcade area which kept the children distracted. The location is perfect. A short 15-20 min drive to downtown and Old Quebec and 20 min from Valcartier Village for snow tubing and Bora indoor water park. Also walking distance to essentials, cafes, metro grocery, gym, bars, restaurants. Staff were also very polite and assisted all guests with any needs. Overall, this is a great hotel for families who need a stress free hotel with clean/comfy rooms and near entertainment.
