Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. Hotel is amazing- the staff we really nice & helpfull to provide a very special request i asked them. The location is a bit far from center , but the view from the mountain was incredible. rooms view is so lovely- its actually as in the photos. breakfast is really good and have variant options, also dinner was tasty. i am definitely visiting Grindelwald again and i will not stay in any different place.

The overall ambiance, views, vibes n hospitality were superb. The hotel has big rooms and is in walking distance from the central station. We just loved the place!!!
