Lovely hotel next to train station, main bus stop to Montreux & shopping centre. Buffet breakfast in elegant surroundings. Yummy evening meals. Free travel pass upon arrival. Twenty minutes scenic bus ride into Montreux. Fifteen minutes scenic bus ride to Charlie Chaplin's house and up the mountain. Job done.

Very occasionally you get served in a restaurant by someone who understands. Teddy is such a person. But so are the others in Victoria's restaurant. Great staff. We were there with our 1-year-old baby for dinner, which can be stressing, but Teddy made it a successful evening for us. The hotel was great as always. They manage to keep the old and great atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were delighted with everything it had to offer, including the rooms, the stunning views, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The spa area provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the location of the hotel was truly outstanding. It provided a serene and tranquil environment that allowed us to unwind and find peace. We loved our experience so much that we are already planning to return in the future, and we definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The room was very clean, spacious, with quality beds and decent size bathroom. The location is excellent, 1' from rail station (you don't hear it) and 5' walk to the lake. Staff very kind and accommodating, we requested late check out and they kindly confirmed it within minutes! Good value with more than average services and excellent location. Also has a rich breakfast and a good restaurant on ground floor.
