The hotel has a good view and is very quiet. There are no other hotels around. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded the room for us. The breakfast is delicious. We have cooked delicious food after travelling in the past few weeks. It's a pity that we don't have time to experience dinner and SPA. The wine is also great.

A bit old, but well well-maintained Hotel. Was doubting regarding the dinner, but recommend just taking the recommended 5-course dinner. The food was way better than expected. The room is comfortable. The breakfast was really good, good products. No need for pre-booking of SPA. nice time after skiing. Very good view.

Every detail of our stay at this place was incredible! Very kind and helpful people at the reception as well as everywhere else at the hotel (restaurant, spa,..). This hotel’s location is truly fantastic, as it is situated directly in front of Mürren BLM Station, so there is no need to walk a long distance while pulling heavy luggage. Our party consisted of six people—four stayed in a family room, and the other two stayed in a separate room. The family room had a balcony and was equipped with one queen bed and two single beds, which comfortably accommodated four people. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bedding and furnishings were all well-prepared and in excellent condition. From the balcony, we had a clear view of the Silberhorn and the Jungfrau mountain behind it. The balcony offered a splendid view of the beautiful landscape of Mürren. All the front desk staff were very kind. The breakfast at the hotel was also of high quality. There was a wide variety of food, and everything was very fresh. During breakfast, a waiter came to each table to take drink orders, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (included in the breakfast). The view from the breakfast restaurant windows was also wonderful. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay.
