One of the best places I've been to, the fully equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi, the fireplace in the living room, the huge and luxurious bed, the close supermarket , and above all, Maritza and her nice family, who helped us with everything, whether it's restaurants, trips, a link to a lovely guide, or anything else we needed. Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.
