From arranging a private airport transfer to carrying my luggage to my room, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. "Comfortable and Charming Rooms" My Queen Room with Terrace was a serene oasis, complete with a charming outdoor pool and a secluded garden perfect for workouts or relaxation. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept more soundly than I have in months! The geographical location is very advantageous, and you can walk to the ancient city for a stroll Although it is close to the ancient city, it is quiet to sleep at night. The hotel is also decorated in a beautiful style, with flowers and plants everywhere. I like it very much. The hardware and software of the guest rooms are very good, the mattress is comfortable, the hardness is moderate, the bedding is clean and soft, the air conditioning and heating are sufficient, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the toilet is smart, which is quite awesome. The service is always responsive, so whenever you have free time, you can go to the boss for tea, which is very comfortable. In short, it has a high cost performance ratio and is highly recommended!

It was right in the middle of old town, but far away from the bars and restaurants so quite quiet, right next to a stream so felt like staying in nature to some extent. Had our own private courtyard though didn’t use much as spent most of the time outside wandering. Owner was super nice and gave us tips about restaurants to try (and to avoid as tourist traps).

Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.
