The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

The location is safe and perfectly, placed right next to the national museum and within walking distance to some very nice restaurants ranging from 110+mil(2 people) to cheaper meals around 22mil(2 people). The swimming pool is heated and the jacuzzi was relaxing. EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meal on the final night. It's worth the money and I will stay again, when I need to unwind and relax.

This hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and helpful! Our room was clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and gym were a little peace of heaven with an incredible 360 view of the city! The breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Walkable to everything - restaurants, bars, coffee shops shopping, groceries, parks - and multiple neighbourhoods to get a feel for Bogota overall. Thank you Jenny and everyone at Cassa Luxury Homes!
