The staff, the room size, and the restaurant menu were great and the spa... of course! I cannot begin to express how much I enjoyed the spa experience during my stay at this marvellou establishment. From the moment I stepped foot into the tranquil oasis, I was greeted with a sense of serenity that immediately transported me into a state of pure relaxation. The spa itself was exquisitely designed, with soothing colors, soft lighting, and a calming ambiance that created the perfect atmosphere for indulging in much-needed rejuvenation. The attention to detail was impeccable, evident in every aspect of the spa, from the plush robes and slippers provided to the gentle melodies playing in the background. The range of treatments offered was simply outstanding. Whether you're seeking a blissful massage to ease away tension and knots or a revitalizing facial to revive your skin's natural glow, the spa's skilled therapists catered to every need with expertise and care. Their professionalism and knowledge of various techniques ensured that each treatment was tailored to my specific preferences, leaving me feeling utterly pampered and renewed. Lovely hotel to relax. Excellent wellbeing area with swimming poole viewing the mountain and lake. Luxury room; excellent breakfast with a variety of food.

Our stay started with the Hotel Manager picking us up from the train station and providing us a thorough overview of the hotel and local activities. The hotel grounds were in impeccable condition and our room was as expected. The meals were excellent, well deserved of their Michelin rating. Overall, it was the guest service that stood out as they took every opportunity to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We spent a fair amount of time in the outdoor hot tub and the natural pool. We were there on an anniversary celebration and our stay was a perfect fit for the occasion.

Great facilities and location close to the shop...

My friends and I were spending two nights at this beautiful property. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures, the apartment was very warm and cozy, clean and had everything you needed. The location was more than perfect, the spacious balcony allowed us to look over the mountains and ski slopes that happened to be just outside our door. We were able to rent all the needed ski equipment just below our apartment, also where you could find some great places to eat and drink. Please be patient with parking since there's not enough parking lots provided, the owner is very helpful with finding a spot for your car during your stay! We will definitely be back!! 😊

A very cozy place with a nice garden. The host was open, approachable and genuinely nice - we all, including our toddler, felt very welcome throughout the whole stay.

Perfect apartment for a family. Located above Lake Schlochsee and a 2-minute walk from a charming square with several restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is stylishly decorated and very cozy. Just right for a family of 5. Fully equipped. 2 bathrooms/showers. Two bedrooms with double beds and a large sofa bed in the living room. And the bonus - a cute pool in the building. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended
