The Grand Hyatt Berlin is an outstanding hotel. The facilities are spacious and very clean. Perhaps above everything else is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It must be difficult to choose the "Employee of the Month" as they all are so devoted to serve the customers well. Both the restaurant(s) and the bar are quite nice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and nice looking.
