We loved the fabulous location and friendly staff. Cozy hour is perfect and a lovely atmosphere in the lounge. We rode the hotel bikes and it was very easy and safe and so quick . Our favourite coffee was so close in the glass markets and you must eat at Vaekst Restaurant.. phenomenal food and very well priced . Reservations essential. Our taxi to th3 airport was also well or by this lovely hotel at a good price. I was concerned about noise as some reviews had mentioned this however our room was very quiet in tower 2 . Thanks for a perfect stay.

The room was very nice and it had a nice view of the harbour. It’s an easy metro ride to the CBD and easy uber ride to the airport

Our second stay - we like everything! Great location and facilities, very professional and helpful staff, tasteful breakfasts. Definitely worth the price!

Very good cruise, nice, clean cabin, punctual, swift check-in, large ship, easy to find, runs smoothly, swift check-in, good selection of bars and restaurants, prices on board really well, especially food and drink offers in dutyfree are overwhelming, Oslo: lovely Munch Muesum, Opera and saunas outdoors opposite opera.

Had a great cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo. Smooth sailing, comfortable room, food and service was very good.

The room (against other evaluations) was warm and the bed was comfortable. I cannot say much about the location as I only spent 1 night there. There was a bottle of water in the room.
