If you are looking for the quietest and most wonderful place on the Nile in Aswan, do not hesitate to choose this hotel. It is much more wonderful than the pictures, with fantastic views of the Nile and the Temple of Philae on Hesa Island. I would like to thank the reception staff, Nirvana, Nardine, and Andrew, for their warm welcome and attention to the guests, explaining all the details upon their arrival and providing all the facilities, especially transportation to and from the island until their departure. The level of cleanliness in the rooms and the restaurant is excellent and the quality of the food is high.

We loved this place, so unique and beautiful and the hospitality was fantastic! Staff went out of their way to help us. We would like to say a special thanks to Mohammed the driver who helped us out when we were stuck, also to Fatima for cooking us dinner late at night when we didn’t have time to eat. Great place in Aswan, we stayed 4 nights in the apartment. The apartment provides all the stuff is you need, like washing machine, clean towers. Clean and beautiful apartment. And it is easy to call the car and go to various viewpoints, around 15 mins from city centre. Mohammed is really helpful and nice, even we arrived Aswan at midnight 2 am. He still waiting for us and help us carry luggage. Highly recommended.
