My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 days, all i can say is we were treated like royalty! Because we stayed for so long we got the chance to get to know some of the exceptional workers such as Mariana, Islam, Enjy, Mohammed & Ahmed. We had an amazing time at the hotel, the location, the views, everything was perfect. We felt a sense of security as entering the hotel, they do search vehicles and you will periodically see security guards walking around each day. Olives was our go-to restaurant, the food was incredible (Mediterranean shrimp pasta was a favourite). The staff at the Olives restaurant were incredibly funny and friendly. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, easy-going and good natured, the staff honestly made us feel so welcome. We loved the main pool as sometimes they played music of different genres. The shisha area was really nice and relaxing, the shops were a little over priced. The spa area definitely had to be my favourite area, the spa staff were incredible! They were so thoughtful and even prepped the sun lounges for myself and my partner after they realised our routine (mornings in the spa area). They would bring us fresh cold towels and would be checking on us to see if we needed anything. By the end of our stay we felt like family and were really sad to say goodbye to all the staff. Overall it was our first time visiting Egypt, we absolutely loved it and are definitely coming back in the future! The hotel is definitely one, we trust and when we do visit Egypt in the future we hope to see the amazing staff we met.

We visited for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience. From the initial communication, we were warmly welcomed, and on the day, we received outstanding service. Everything was perfect—the view from our room, the dinner, and the hospitality. Although our stay was only for one night this time, we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Everything was so amazing! Communication with Hamdi for check-in was super easy, and Mohamed made sure that all our needs were met. My request for a vegetarian breakfast was handled perfectly well. Mohamed prepared a fantastic veggie breakfast with eggs, falafel, sweet bread, jam & honey, and, of course, fresh vegetables and fruit. Hamdi was also super nice and helped to organize a Falucca sailing boat on the Nile for us. Such a great experience! Unfortunately, we had our round trip already planned and booked ahead, so we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back soon!

The whole villa was amazing, it shows us that they put a lot of effort to maintain it. The garden is more than beautiful, there is a lot of fruit trees that the host allowed us to pick from whatever we wanted.
