The staff is definitely the best aspect of the location. I want to thank to all the receptionists I met, they are all very friendly and helpful and so great to talk to. Special thanks to Ivan, who made our stay so much fun by helping us choose the car rental place and the boat party. He shared all the tips and tricks about the island and he also knows a lot about Ibiza which made us so happy we chose this destination.

The staff at hard rock hotel really pay attention to all the details. Our room and bed were very comfortable. Just the right amount of space. The shower was fantastic, and the views in general are all very good, no matter where you stay. The pool has really great DJs during the daytime, the sky bar is really awesome and bar staff are fantastic. Basically if you need absolutely anything, they are very accessible and quick to help. Many of the staff speak a multitude of languages, including Catalan, Spanish, English, Italian and sometimes a little German. Very impressive. It’s a great beach and the the hotel is, in my opinion, on the better part of the beach. we will stay there again if we can get a better nightly rate.

Lovely clean, well appointed room with everything you need. The pools were beautiful as well. The accommodation was close enough to everything but far enough away to not be noisy. We could walk to many restaurants and nightlife. It was a bonus having a small supermarket right next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly one of THE Best experience. Right from beginning communication was excellent, staff were very helpful. Accommodation was super clean, large and airy. Mini bar a bit expensive, but let’s not forget hotel do have 5star. Food was exceptionally good and service was outstanding. Particularly tuna special was out of this world.
