Let me start with this - I'm very demanding and hard to be pleased guest. I'm giving 10's reviews very rare but this hotel leaves me no choice for anything less. Where can I start? From the moment we exit the airport a nice guy welcome us , take our suites immediately and forward us to their luxury mercedes van. /It's a complimentary both ways airport shuttle!!/ Literally no more than 10 minutes we travelled to the hotel. Meanwhile the driver gave us tips for exploring the island and stories about Mykonos. We reach the hotel and the whole staff welcome us with huge smiles and super friendly hospitality combined with nice welcome drinks. While check in process at the reception again super smile lady gives as a suggestion for a nice beaches and restaurants. We booked entry level room and it was more than enough good to us. With a nice panorama view, great furniture, fresh and light enough. We needed a quad bike for easy connection on the island and the reception once again arrange it so smooth and efficiency (a guy come and pick us and take to their office to choose whatever we like quad bike or scooter). But the first day when we didn't get yet the quad bike, we went to the beach walking and we were tired enough to go back late after so we decide to call reception and they sent us their luxury van to get us from the beach back to the hotel free (which we appreciated much) as the streets are too steep to walk. Whenever we went at the pool the staff there was always above and beyond kind and smilling. Huge respect for these boys there! The reason why I booked this hotel while there was so many choices was the all reviews and awards for hospitality that Palladium got and believe me when you go there you see why! I really enjoyed my vacation in Mykonos but the hotel itself played huge role for it. Thank you again Palladium Hotel. Please don't change!

I love everything in this Hôtel if you want luxury. The room was perfect, the views magical. The food, the pool. First the driver in the airport was so friendly very Nice. The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

The private pool and view are absolutely superb. Incredibly relaxing. The staff could not be better, friendly and helpful. Has a small gym, spa and away from the beach but the local buses will stop right outside the hotel for you. Can get to Mykanos town on the bus for 2.50 Euro each.

The suite was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and stunning views of the pool or Elia Beach and the Aegean Sea.The spa treatments were incredibly rejuvenating, and the beach bar served the most refreshing cocktails. Highly recommend for a pampering getaway!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Suite with a private pool was luxurious and romantic. The spa and wellness center offered us a blissful relaxation. The beachfront location was unbeatable. An absolute dream getaway!
