The hotel is brand new and absolutely stunning - just like the photos. We came for a romantic getaway, and during our stay, I proposed to my girlfriend . The hotel staff and the owners went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect proposal and created a truly magical experience for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The design of the hotel is beautiful in every detail, and the view of the pool on the balcony is simply breathtaking. We’re already thinking about returning to Rhodes just so we can stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

We stayed in a wonderful, spacious and modern house that exceeded our expectations! I was with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time — the place is perfect for couples or a small group. The yard is large, with a jacuzzi and BBQ, ideal for relaxing and enjoying cozy evenings. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were especially impressed by the warm hospitality and the welcome products waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch! We would definitely stay here again!

hotel is well organized with the transfers to the Rhodos city/old town and back.driver was on time. Hotel had as well a lot of cats which was great for my wife,the were always around the dining table outside. Hotel staff tried to take them away,but the cats always came back to those who feed them. We saw that the staff doesn’t like them to be around but they never said something to the guests who was feeding them or petting,and we found that rly nice from them. At the reception everyone was friendly as well ,ready to help and do an extra mile for the guests. lady from the kitchen at the (gyros station) i think her name was Shevrula…only once she asked me for a name and next time when i was there she would greet me by my name.She was open to talk,and we liked that. Entertainment team was as well good,we had fun playing dart,volleyball,talking with them.

Utopia suites is everything and more. The most stunning location, the aesthetic of the building and rooms are exceptional. The location is perfect, you are right in the mix of everything you need and want. And the hosts, Giannis and Efi are 2 of the most kind, thoughtful, beautiful humans you could ever meet. We had a great stay here and the location was perfect in the old town but just off of the busy streets so it was nice and quiet at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially Irene who gave great recommendations for what to do and where to eat and was so friendly and chatty. The breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh. The room itself was gorgeous, it was clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They behave like you are a part of their families. Rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is so convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. I strongly recommend this place for those looking for a cosy, simple and clean hotel to rest. I am so glad to spend my holiday in this hotel. I would like to thank the staff for all their work from my heart.

Beautiful property and exceptional to have an opportunity to stay in a medieval town in a medieval building. Lots of care taken to design and maintain the characteristics while balancing modern comfort. We were a family of 4 and all had very comfortable beds in very cool rooms despite the near 40C heatwave outside - and enough space for each of us without feeling cramped at all. Toula and team really went above and beyond and made the stay even more special. Thank you!
