Outdoor facilities are amazing, the pool a great relief from the hot weather. Inside the property there's everything you need and more, AC in all rooms which is a must, It's in a great spot too, only possible issue which is out of the host's control and that's the access road. But when following Google maps head for the seafront first and not the first way maps takes you. When you approach the property from the seafront 50m of it is very bumpy and un developed, just take it slow. Natasa who met us at the house on check in and check out was lovely to chat with and left us some lovely fresh fruit and raki, we are already looking at returning next year. Oh and the sunset's are out of this world 🌄

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Every detail in the apartment is beautifully designed for comfort and luxury. Located right in the heart of Kalamaki’s boardwalk, directly on the ocean and surrounded by excellent restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the best of the area. The sandy beaches in town and nearby are absolutely stunning. From the living room and bedroom, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views, and the spacious balcony with its jacuzzi overlooking the water is pure bliss. ANESSIS LUXURY VILLAS - October 2025 In the hills above Kalamaki, perched at the top of a steep path, tiled with red terracotta tiles, three superb villas overlook a sublime setting overlooking the Libyan Sea and the small white village of Kalamaki, with its large rock in the center that lights up at sunset. NIKOS, cheerful, young, and welcoming, greets us and shows us around the villa we've booked for two weeks, Villa Harmony, located to the west: three rooms, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a top-notch kitchen, a very large swimming pool, an outdoor area with a large table, a barbecue, and deckchairs, all facing south-southwest, all in the utmost luxury of the 2025/2030 standards. We are captivated and thrilled. We spent 15 days there, a true joy, it was hard to leave... NIKOS is never far away if needed, giving us gifts of olive oil he makes, cakes, including those made by his mother, unique and truly delicious, white and red wine, fruit, honey, and more, the perfect maintenance and cleaning of the villa down to the smallest detail (we often have lessons to learn from it). Everything here makes life simple and easy; after 15 days, nothing was ever lacking. It's impossible to express everything we appreciated—loved it! A very big thank you for welcoming us to this corner of paradise in Crete; it's a gem that everyone will appreciate... and we will return. Thank you Elizabeth for the amazing last minute stay which saved our entire holiday. We appreciated the early check in as well! The property is peaceful, offer tranquility and the love and care that went into the furnishings of this beautiful home can be felt. The jacuzzi was amazing with a stunning view, the amenities provided did not lack a single thing. The beds were comfortable and the pillows firm. We loved the BBQ area. Parking is available on the property itself. For those concerned that this is ground floor space, we did not hear the upstairs neighbors a single time while indoors.

Fantastic villa with everything you could possibly need. The hosts are lovely and were very responsive to any of our questions. The garden is perfect to relax in and the small town & beach is a 10min walk away. Large supermarket is 15min drive. A well equipped, high spec villa - highly recommend!

Our stay in this house was wonderful all round. After a very warm welcome from the landlord, we were shown round the impressive and immaculately maintained house. The many lovingly designed details created an inviting atmosphere that made us feel at home and cosy from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by the fascinating view of the sea and the spacious garden that we could enjoy from the house. The sunsets were a particular highlight and made this holiday unforgettable. In addition, the fridge was generously stocked with all the important utensils, which made the start of our stay much easier. We are extremely grateful to have discovered this exceptional house and are already looking forward to our next visit. We would recommend it without reservation and with a clear conscience.
