George was super attentive from the get-go, making sure of our arrival time and that we had all information and access codes before we even arrived on the island. A Boutique Paradise – Contessina Suites & Spa, Zakynthos Our stay at Contessina Suites & Spa was absolutely unforgettable – truly one of the best boutique hotels we’ve ever experienced. From the very beginning, we felt the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, thanks especially to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a private pool and were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit platter. At the end of our stay, we were even gifted a bottle of Contessina’s own olive oil – such a thoughtful gesture that made our departure bittersweet. Breakfast was a daily delight – fresh, varied, and always served with a smile. Every morning felt like a warm embrace. The on-site gym is small but modern, and for those wanting more space or equipment, the large and well-equipped gym at the sister hotel is just perfect. Highly recommended! This hotel combines luxury, soul, and genuine hospitality. We’ll be dreaming of Contessina for a long time to come.

What a pleasant stay this was. Beautiful hotel with stunning views and top quality facilities. We particularly liked the staffs kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for any request, and also the complementary room upgrade and welcoming drink at arrival - the bartender Kostas makes some of the best cocktails I've ever had (tried all of the signature cocktails). I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and this one beats them all. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with amazing staff for a moment of relaxation.

Stunning location right on the sea. The property had steps walking into the sea so we could have a swim every morning. The rooms were very spacious & very clean. Christina the manger kept in contact all through trip anything we needed she was on hand. Highly recommend for a large group.
