Amazing location with absolutely killer views. Surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Abundant birds and butterflies. Five minutes walk to the Nature Reserve (in one direction) and to a good restaurant (with the same amazing view) in the other direction. Lovely staff. Architecturally interesting. Delicious breakfast served with a view like no other! Real personality in every way. If you enjoy staying in a nature paradise, this place just might be for you.

What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

Location is spectacular and staff really tried but were not put in position to succeed. Emmerson did a great job arranging boats and cars for day trips from the resort.

Comfy property, very well equipped, spacious, and good taste (we were five). Master beds are superb. Great to have two full bathrooms. Location is good. Would come back for sure.

Great location with views of the lake and in the middle of San Pedro. Close to water taxis. Staff were super super friendly and helpful! Bed was comfier than my own at home. Really really nice.
