Amazing location with absolutely killer views. Surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Abundant birds and butterflies. Five minutes walk to the Nature Reserve (in one direction) and to a good restaurant (with the same amazing view) in the other direction. Lovely staff. Architecturally interesting. Delicious breakfast served with a view like no other! Real personality in every way. If you enjoy staying in a nature paradise, this place just might be for you.

Location is spectacular and staff really tried but were not put in position to succeed. Emmerson did a great job arranging boats and cars for day trips from the resort.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We felt like we were in a 5 star not a 3 star hotel. The staff are the loveliest & most helpful people and from start to finish our stay was magical. Great location with views of the lake and in the middle of San Pedro. Close to water taxis. Staff were super super friendly and helpful! Bed was comfier than my own at home. Really really nice.
