The room was amazing. Very clean and lots of room the jacuzzi that we had in the room was very large. The experience was very Romantic. The food was very good and plenty to eat different every day. If your going to stay choose the dinner option the expense was for 2 people for 3 days 25 euro. You can't eat at a restaurant anywhere for that price for 3 days

Great hotel. There is silence around, you can sleep with the door to the balcony open. A varied breakfast, a functional SPA center. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Convenient parking. You can also take half board - the dinners are delicious. We were with the dog - a couch and a bowl were prepared in the room for the dog.

I recently stayed at Anna Grand Hotel by the beautiful Lake Balaton, and it was a wonderful experience! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail. The hotel room is equipped with spa robes and slippers. It also has a Nespresso machine and a kettle with several capsules and a selection of teas. The amenities, especially the spa area, were top-notch. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The hotel has two indoor pools, a swimming pool and hydro massage pool. Finnish and Turkish sauna are also available. In this time of year, there aren't as many guests staying at the hotel, so spa area isn't crowded with people, which makes it even more comfortable. The food was another highlight; every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. On weekdays, our breakfast and dinner were a la carte, whearas nearing the weekend, buffet meals were served. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Daniel, the hotel’s sommelier, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. His warmth, hospitality, and spot-on wine recommendations added a unique touch to our stay. Thank you, Daniel, for sharing your expertise and making every evening so delightful! If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, fantastic amenities, and a gorgeous lakeside location, I recommend this hotel. P.S. The entire hotel smells wonderful!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. At check-out, they asked whether everything had gone well and were genuinely open to feedback and conversation. The breakfast was excellent — fresh and with a wide variety of options. There is an outdoor pool which we didn’t try, but it looked very clean and we saw other guests enjoying it. Inside, there is also a jacuzzi and a sauna. The location is in a quiet street, and the beach is not too far away, which was very pleasant. We arrived by car and could park it at the entrance, which is locked with a gate at night for security.

It was close to the lake. SPA section was ok, although only the finnish sauna was functional. Breakfast was ok but you had to be there in time otherwise you might miss out on some offerings as they don't refill.

We loved everything in this property. Exceptionally clean, the garden a dream, spa the same. The food was very tasty. We only stayed one night but we want to come back for a longer stay. We were very pleased.
